Mike, It isn't just maintaining confidence. It also has a lot to do with the way Intel hounded Kurlak out of the business. And, as much as I thought Kurlak was an idiot, his reputation and status were much higher than the current lot of boot lickers when Intel went after him. It is hard to be honest when your job is on the line. Look at Whittington. He can say absoultely ridiculous stuff and somebody is still willing to pay him big bucks. So, if you are an analyst, you don't want to buck a co. like Intel.
