About Aquatic Cellulose International Corp.

Aquatic Cellulose International Corp. is a forest industry based
company focussed on recovering the once considered lost resource of
submerged timber. The company utilizes a patented robotic system
created by founder Gary Ackles.

This device is able to cut and retrieve high quality timber that has
been submerged for decades. Due to the lack of oxygen, deterioration
has not occurred and the resource is recoverable in pristine condition.

Aquatic Cellulose International is proud of the fact that every tree
recovered is one less tree that needs to be cut down form existing
forests.

The company has operations in Brazil where $600 million of salvageable
timber in the Tucurui Reservoir alone are estimated to be present.
Aquatic Cellulose is pursuing many other similar projects around the
world, the value of which is estimated to be in the billions of
dollars. The company has identified approximately 38,000 dams and
waterways around the world that are potential recovery sites for their
robotic recovery system.
