Don't let me persuade you to sell Q for NTAP! Remember, Q IS an ordained Gorilla with a huge market to grow in. I don't know how to compare Q and NTAP! NTAP will have a good run this year, and probably for a few more years. But Q, the mighty Q, I expect, will outperform NTAP this year.

For diversification sake, and diversification only, the NTAP would be a good choice, imo.

DON'T TRY TO TIME IT!!!!!!

>> My plan is to sell some Q after their announcement (and hopefully a nice run up and short squeeze), and put it into NTAP prior to their announcement. Maybe I can ride both waves of positive news.

Since you have a 50/50 chance of being right on each leg of your trade, your chances of timing both are 1 in 4, or 25%. Good luck (that's what the blackjack dealers in the Casino says just before he hits your 12 with a face card <g>).
