CHIP - from RB , I am an attorney in Mississippi but I live about 3 hours from the Gulf Coast where this is filed. Of course, the law firm cannot comment very much on this suit for ethical reasons so there is no need in contacting them. I remember when this stock was pursuing a casino in a wetlands area which failed. I thought this lawsuit had been dismissed and did not remember an appeal. After I saw this news, I called another attorney friend on the coast to inquire if he knew anything. He said he knew that the original judge's decision was horrendous and that the lawsuit was a valid claim however these never succeed on appeal unless the Supreme Court definitely feels that they would win the lawsuit. He said that the talk in the local legal community is that now that they have cleared this first hurdle that they are looking at a settlement of between 5-10 million in the future. Hope he is right as this cash would rocket the stock very quickly. ragingbull.com
