Does this "private placement" with the brokers not give them a vested interest?

I'm not casting nastursians on brokers (lol),but isn't it easier to give a good rating to a good firm(and we all know when MCF and HP are compared apples to apples MCF is better than good) if you have an invite to the party.

Bonus time is that the good folk at MCF get money to play and if what they have already done is any measure we get share appreaciation.

The 20 trading day pricing of the other options means a delay til the end of Jan. So What!!! We were told this before(July?). I like the people that are going to butter my bread and if this pleases them -- more power to 'em.

I don't see the Nasdaq for a couple of months, unless the legal people have been very busy amending the application to include the acquisitions that are being done. Apparently any movement in the period prior to listing is to be explained. I hope I'm wrong on this (because I want what I want -- NOW, hehehe) but if not,I'm willing to wait because I believe HP
has learned from others' successes. I don't think we will be disappointed in the next few months or so.

It would also give MCF more credibility if the share price was greater, before a Nasdaq listing.

Thanks for letting me rant
