Good analysis. Look pretty accurate.

One issue though, is the use of SNET. Since Cyber has direct connections to all of the ECN's, I would NOT use SNET broadcast at all. Also, I don't see any reason to preference and ECN when I can go direct.

Typically, I use ISLD direct and re-enter the order if I have a partial. Since Cyber doesn't charge for this, the cost is much lower. Of course, you would have to pay the APF, but that is far lower than the ECN fees. It turns out that getting a partial fill direct from Island, cancelling and getting more from Island is many times much faster that SNET broadcast.

I'm always interested in learning better Order Entry - better prices or better fills with reasonable prices. I'd appreciate any feedback.
