Charles, So, then what is the difference between the govt. and Wall Street? <g> I did 4 years in Federal Civil Service and until the last year, had lots of problems for, as my bosses phrased it, having no tact. Or, as I phrased it, telling what is really happening and not what the bosses want to happen. Happily, my last year, I worked for a boss who wanted to hear the truth no matter how bad in might be. I disagreed with his politics most of the time, and he was ambitious as Hell, but I can guarantee that he at least wanted to give the taxpayer his money's worth. The guy's name was Alexander Haig.
