Hi david, one point that I would like to mention is that to send out the final draft of the partnership agreement and a friday and then want commitment on Saturday does not give us much time for any of us to have our lawyer or investment adviser go over the operative agreement. I realize that the general outline is similar to the earlier drafts, but changes are changes. I realize there have been time delays as you have made changes to the agreement and sent out revised copies. But that still does not invalidate my point of not providing much turnaround time on the final document that we are working with. John John

David 1/22/00 - A partner list will be distributed to confirmed partners along with the list of those volunteering to serve as general partner. Each partner except David Plonk will cast their vote publicly on the S.I. PCSF thread for their 2 choices for general partners to join David Plonk in this role. Voting must be complete by 11pm EST. Did I miss a revision to the timetable? Or did SI email fail? thanks David

Updated PCSF Partnership Timetable 1/16/00 - 12:00 Noon - ALL respondees gave their written confirmation via P.M. on S.I. to me. 1/19/00 - All confirmed participants will sent signed and notarized partnership agreements back to the partnership address as noted in section 7.C. in the agreement, along with a check for $6,700 made payable to "Players Club Speculative Futures." 1/22/00 - A revised agreement was emailed and posted on the web for all partners to sign. 1/23/00 - General Partner Nominees will confirm their intention on becoming a general partner. A partner list will be distributed by midnight to confirmed partners along with the list of those volunteering to serve as general partner. 1/24/00 - Each partner except David Plonk will vote by sending a private email to David Plonk listing their 2 choices for Elected General Partner. Voting must be complete by 11pm EST.Voting records will be kept at the P.C.S.F. office for review by any partner, and any partner may request a voting detail. The 2 candidates receiving the most votes will become Elected General Partners. 1/25/00 - Partners will sign and have notarized the new agreement and send to the P.C.S.F. home office. General Partners will decide on Brokerage and Bank and necessary paperwork will be sent out for signing. 1/29/00 - The 3 General partners will sign all partnership agreements, and mail copies back to all partners. General partners will complete all paperwork associated with bank and brokerage accounts, and partner checks will be deposited. 2/04/00 - Futures account opened and funded via wire sent from partnership bank account. 2/05/00 - GZ begins trading.
