LC,

TC became CEO of MVEE first. Then, on trying to evaluate the possible merger with EINI became president of EINI which was a company in need of help also.

Now, TC's back at MVEE and we MVEE shareholders don't get screwed by a overvalued merger with EINI. all IMHO.
