>>I can't remember how many times I have sold way too soon

I used to do that myself...now I sell a portion of my holding at a predetermined sell target and let the remaining shares ride.

I've looked at past postings for several stocks that have been successes
and it was always interesting to see how many people would sell too early.
It solidified my opinion that a time horizon of 24-36 months
or more is reasonable, especially if DD indicates that a company
will succeed. And that last summer was a test of strength!

Today seemed to be mostly institutions, especially the end
with numerous blocks over 25K going by. Short covering in
anticipation of news (that the individual investor is always
the last to hear), a vote of confidence that the Fed won't
rap all the naughty exuberant investors on the knuckles??

We should get Voltaire over here from the QCOM thread to
expound n how the MMs and institutions are manipulating
the price :-)
