I don't think anything MSFT says about the case will move the stock up other than announcing a settlement, which is unlikely. The good news is that the bad news is pretty much out. There will undoubtedly be case related down dips, but rebounds should be full and quick.

MSFT will be moving higher this year due to strong earnings and excellent product line updates. The "Internet shakeout" some are predicting for this year (personally, I think it will be next year) should also benefit MSFT, which will certainly be one of the survivors and will likely be viewed as a safer haven for worried money.
