ASPs are down not quite 15% since last year, and flat with last quarter during the strongest seasonal quarter of the year (#reply-12575680). I wouldn't cite ASPs in your argument. IABG profit was flat; overall operating profit was flat; the headline number excluded acquisition charges; the stock price went up 15%. As for IABG segment data, you misunderstood my post. I have every confidence that Intel followed FASB and SEC guidelines to the letter, and that therefore year-ago IABG revenues and profits are restated to reflect any shifts of businesses out of IABG. I think I remember them doing it, too, to one of the communications groups. Off-topic, I do not believe the LU rumor, though I heard it too, so it must be widespread. -mb
