Gary, I noticed the OSX has just broken out of the long consolidating triangle (weekly chart, beginning September). While I do not have much experience regarding this type of TA, I have read in texts that to estimate the potential for the next leg up, measure the height of the triangle at its base, and project vertically from the point where the triangle was broken.

If I understand this correctly, the height at the base was roughly 25 points, and the breakout appears to have occurred perhaps at 84 or 85. That would project the OSX above 100 (I recall your software pegged this leg of the rally to reach the mid-to-high 90's).

I thought there was a possibility the DJIA would hit a near term top yesterday. Now, I think I may have been early. The Nasdaq looks ready to top in a few days. But I think these could lead to normal corrections, rather than the end of the bull.
