If you read back a few posts, you'll find one stating that they hope
to apply for NASDAQ listing by the end of this month.

Regarding your other concern about a takeover --- many of us here would love it if they were.

Nasdaq Qualification Details

Mpphoneman: CLARIFICATION DIRECTLY from EDIG on NASDAQ listing plans:
by wtmgyes on 1-13-00

I just got off the telephone with Robert Putnam and can relay the following regarding NASDAQ:

1) EDIG intends to file the application (which has already been completed) for being listed on the NASDAQ exchange the last week of January or at the latest by the first week of February providing that EDIG's share price stays at or is at even higher levels.

2) The application is just like filing any new application for listing on the NASDAQ since the rules changed in August of 1997.

3) EDIG exceeds every requirement substantially and the only delay has been the share price.

4) He feels that the approval should take a matter of weeks because EDIG exceeds the qualifying requirements and because of EDIG's established business relationships. This is not a given as once the application is filed it is in NASDAQ's hands. The time frame being from a minimum of about 30 days after the application is filed to as long as six months.

5) It is possible that the quarterly report will be filed a little early because of NASDAQ's need for that information. This means it may be filed before the planned February 10-15th time frame by a few days.

6) A Shareholder Alert will be forthcoming regarding the above at or about at the time of filing.

7) Robert was responsible for getting a sister company, ATCO, listed on the NASDAQ last year so he has been through this process.

Hope this gives true clarity to EDIG's NASDAQ application intentions and puts to rest any questions regarding the same.
