Thanks for the info. I see PER is heavily into the GOB thing, wants to make sure the institutions get plenty of shares before announcements are made to the general public. Wish I had access to that kind of information. If and when they make these announcements, the people that sold today will probably feel like they were robbed. It only took a one million share day to move this up 2 points yesterday. If this stock were to ever get any kind of momentum, watch out.

<<<<<PER presented at Merrill conference on Thursday. I read the analyst notes...here are the main points:

-increase Rev guidance from 1.3B to 1.4-1.5 Billion thru "non-organic growth" .... acquisition is
coming.

-sales force increased by 71%

-expecting announcement regarding e-commerce bank initiative

-24% of revs are e-commerce related

-Time0 is a hidden gem

-expect equity investments in various B2B client initiatives. (this sounds something similar to what
ORCL/F did in that they both own a piece of the AutoExchange B2B portal)

**as a shareholder of PER I'm kind of disappointed that they disclosed this stuff at a conference
rather than to everyone via a press release. I guess that is the way the game is played nowadays.>>>>>>>>>>

How are you Daniel? Do you think you could do me the favor of taking another look (or provide the link) and let me know if anything similar has happened again. Based on today's price movement and volume, I suspect that PER is having another one of those analysts meetings.

Thanks alot
