Maurice,

G* systems apparently are not totally ready yet. However. it does need more funding to keep going. Well. G* did not ask us shareholder this time. And it can not issue any more debts since last refinancing (according to SEC report). G* has no choice but to dilute us shareholders value a little bit more.

Be patience and yawn a couple more weeks or months, You and I do need it. I thought you and I are in it for a long haul. Well too long to go through it again and again. I understand and frustrate as well.

Oh. G* needs to sell G* phones as soon as possible (even new subscribers do not use G* minutes) to generate enough revenue to fund debts. Then service providers will order more from QCOM, ERICY and Telitel. Remember the first 300,000 phones are ordered by G*. They need to be sold out before Service Providers are willing to order more because demands over supplies.

With that 19 million - the minimum payments from service providers. G* will survive longer than necessary. G* needs it. G*s shareholders need it too. I am comfortable with it before the Sun rises. (gg)

Good luck to us.

Brian H.
