Takeover would be unlikely.

IBM and/or LUCENT and/or TI and/or Intel would not let another company Steal This Technology including the intellectual property rights.

They "Appear" to have too much invested in the future of EDIG.

Nor do I think EDIG would even think of it - UNLESS the price was just too nice.

Can't all us "Big Guys" just live together peacefully? : )

Gary,

It looks like EDIG has a shot at a National NASDAQ listing. I understand your concern about a takeover... $15/share would also break my heart. So far, I haven't heard of any plans to thwart a potential takeover, but the company has stated several times that their large float would act as a poison pill.
