I'm not certain who's the boss, but in my opinion, D and J are partners in what I think the courts will show to have been, from its inception, a long con. That said, what I hope to see, when the feces hits the fan, is D and J each claiming to have been defrauded by the other. As ol' Acts2 says, that'd be a HOOT!
