<<Maybe a few surprises for us in 2000...>>

You bet. NDT has a new face lift. I learned about it a few months ago thanks to a good friend geologist who lives in Peru.

NDT hired a new VP Exploration, Thomas Burkhart, some 9 months ago, with the objective of helping NDT acquire quality mineral opportunities in South America with an emphasis on Peru and Argentina. Thomas have lived and worked in Spanish speaking countries for most of the last six years.

NDT's exploration methodology in these countries is to utilize in-country based geologists and prospectors to identify quality opportunities. Thomas will review and prioritize the properties and decide if they fit NDT's criteria. This type of exploration methodology is very cost effective and was instrumental in NDT acquiring two new properties last fall, one in Peru and one in Argentina.

With more than $4.4M in cash ($0.18/share), no debt, and a new objective, I felt, last month, that NDT was an excellent buy when I suggested it to my subscribers at $0.16

I understand that NDT is working on a new acquisition with excellent potential, so I think it is still a great value at the current prices.
