I just got a call from someone representing herself as working for a Mr. Peterson and whether I would be available to receive a call from him in about 45 minutes. Is this a thing about "private placement??? I got caught in the reverse split and have not been paying attention to this stock. I see that it has risen over the past few days on no news. Pls advise

None whatsoever... he said if the stock goes to 5 here's what you could make; if it goes to 10, yadda yadda..

It was a typical private placement pitch. Although I'll admit that it's unusual to have the stock skyrocketing at the same time.
