"All statements see to be forward-looking, talking about 3G licensing, development relationships, and the in-development B-CDMA ASIC (with TI)." Not necessarily anything wrong with that. In speculative high tech investing, I have found it useful to consider the expertise (experience x qualifications x track record) of the ASIC design team. Can anyone comment on this and the availability of CDMA ASIC design engineers in general? I think part of the lability in the current price is some of these unknowns as well as general rules about how a specific technology plays out. Everyone has their own threshold for speculative investing. George D.
