how are bonds safer ? didn't the long bond lose something on the order of 10 or 14 % or something last year ?

what if rates go back to double digits ? is that possible ?

i think commodities, cash and intc calls are the safe havens (not necessarily in that order of course <g>

i think people are thinking ... so bond heading for 10%; so what ...we get 10% in day as tech turn into internet like high flyer.
I think it's getting closer to maxing out its run ... but it's sure hard to call a top.
