John,

Thank you for your frank post!

It helped remind me that I might be getting a little ahead of my self as far as positive speculation goes--you are quite correct in stating that , " It is a penny stock, so we roll with the flow... "

So many factors can contribute to the outcome of a companies efforts let alone the day to day or minute to minute activity of penny stock!

I tend to agree with your comment, " We should have'em all back."

If the shares previously given out for performance were not performed upon then by all means it is in the best company and shareholder interest to do so--in my opinion!

You have brought up an excellent point and this might very well be a key point / concern/ question that we shareholders bring to the attention of Dr. Hinton during our ongoing research and DD regarding the company!

John--you brought up another key issue/point in your previous posting here on the ADGI S.I. thread-What is that ? As I see it?

Well you bring up both the good/ positive points as well as the challenges that also face the company during it's turn around ( JMO!)
which in turn I feel provides an excellent example of a post and posting contributor that presents and looks at both sides of an scenario!

If more thread contributors like yourself were contributing on this and the other ADGI Thread that I follow on the RB then it would most likely remove the ongoing bashing that takes place!

Thank you for bringing some valid consideration points to the discussion of the thread!

And as many of us already know or feel--anything can happen!--I'm hoping something good happens--we sure have had our fill of the other stuff!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
