John, WIND is on the W&W list, but I'll wager a good many of us would like to have a "project leader" working it as well. Proceed, and thanks for stepping forward. THREAD: this is quite a group, assembled of volunteers who will work in the group interest...as one of them observed...as our own little think tank. I'm setting up Folders to hold each of the initial commentary and follow up discussions. A number of you may want to do the same.
