It's probably protected by its losses for a year or so, but then watch out." The year during which it is protected (from acquisition) by its losses, is this one. At the end of which, "pooling of interests" accounting will not favor an acquisition. Which wind blows stronger? Dunno the answer. Interesting point, Peter, and interesting counter-point.
