NO No Thor, question of <<estimate on the plant being up and running...>> is NOT "where the action and importance" IS. Here the word "is" is a reference to that which will allow Global to enter into what we want as a company engaged in the commerical extraction of precious metals. Soon in my speculation Jensen will stand TaLL and announce what will correctly be Breaking News of such now ObTainED. Forget plant and material, focus on WHAT will ALLOW iT. doug
