All I know is Investment Analysts are some of the highest paid people on the street and are in great demand. So if they are just B.S.ing people so be it, their comments do make a difference. >> Monkeys don't make predictions- analysts do. Maybe we should give the monkeys a raise! What really makes a difference is company performance, not the analysts. Plenty of little-followed stocks have doen extremly well over the last 20 years. << The guys to really question are the INVESTMENT NEWSLETTER writers out there! >> Not sure what your point is here- Dreman is a fund mgr not a newsletter writer. He does sometimes recommend value stocks in his Forbes column, and he does do follow-up updates on them. Victor
