Wright,

John Wiley is also on my Radar. I looked at it casually a few months ago.

Hello Wright, Hope all's going well.

I haven't been posting much recently - actually haven't been doing much stock research as I've been raising cash for what will probably be a home purchase this year. A handful of really successful e-business investments are making it possible.

I recently took inventory and here are some stocks that might be interesting companies at decent valuations for Buffettology type investors.

CPC - Central Parking. I'm long CPC as of a few days ago. They've had problems with the merger with Allright Parking and the stock is down around 50%. Longer term I see as a good buy.

TSG - Sabre Group. Dominant in flight reservations. They're likely going to be spun off from American Airlines this year. They own Travelocity.com.

SWY - Safeway - the grocery chain.

RAL - Ralston Purina - as discussed here many times. Looking for Battery business to be spun off.

APCC - American Power Conversion. A past pick of Michael Burry. Leader in uninteruptable power supplies.

APOL - Apollo Group. post-secondary education and distance learning. Education is a growth business, and internet broadband will enable.

Others: JKHY, FAST, TOM, HMA
