Hey, Thread, looks like we have a nice case of the "pot calling the kettle black" here: nasd.com Search the page for the string: Elgindy Even though statements have been made on this board by a certain individual, claiming that SNRS is a fraud and hence implying a criminal element is involved in managing/financing the company, I am not aware of any legal or disciplinary action even being taken against the company, its officers or its underwriters. In all fairness can we come to the same conclusion about Mr. Elgindy? Is it our only priority to make money, or shall we try to maintain our integrity along the way? Part of our integrity involves who we follow, associate with and defend. Yes, we do not possess any integrity only unto ourselves; rather each individual's integrity is indeed linked with the actions, attitudes and motives of others we associate with. Does anyone know if Mr. Elgindy still holds valid credentials from NASD/SIPC, or any other regulatory or industry association for that matter? If not, he is giving out financial advice illegitimately, if not illegally. Sorry for getting up on the soapbox...regards, Gary Smith
