The SC13 filing probably depends on whether the 5% LS bought actually covers the same entity that trades under XSNI or only some part of it. I can't follow who owns what through the multiple sales and corporate name changes. But what do you expect from the village idiot?

Even if they file the 5% ownership stake there won't be any other financials, just their ownership stake. Only 10-Q's, 10-K's, proxy statements and new share registrations seem to have financials.

I am still struck by the fact that XSNI management doesn't seem to giving a flying leap about their shareholders. On that basis alone I would never touch this stock without a thorough accounting.

Believe it or not, I bought a BB stock the other day, STKR, which is fully reporting to the SEC. Ran from 2 3/4 to 7 where I sold half and closed at 6. If STKR doesn't tank on Tuesday I will become a long-term shareholder. Why? I like what they do and I know what their financial picture looks like.

The anti-mystery. Good luck.
