The MSFT affair cost Benjamin Natanyahu is job as the Prime Minister of the State of Israel! The softwear "leaked" by MSFT to the State of Israel gave the Israeli defense industry a great advantage the Democrats were not willing to give. Republicans privately gave MSFT go ahead! Clinton adminstration faced a "fatto compiuto" and it was too hard to swollow! gg What I have said is just an small portion of what took place. Now,DOJ is taking our vendetta on MSFT, in the name of defending the public! One last thing, Democrats are pushing this hard so they either get a verdict before the next election that could see Gov. Bush in the office! They know that Bush will tell the DOJ to back-off! But if there is a verdict, then Bush can't do nothing to help!

Dear Mr Ellis: It is clear the doj is attempting to manipulate the market price of MSFT by the timing of their announcements, leaks to the press, etc. The doj is trying to push the price down as a weapon that will force concessions. The flip side is they must feel they are losing the battle when MSFT's price rises. Now is the time for the irresistible force to smash through the immoveable object. Now is the time to Plunge the Stake into the Heart of the Vampire(s). Now is the time Mr. Ballmer. Now is the time! Abbigail P.S. Tonight: Twist the Stake! Tomorrow: Extract the Stake! P.S.S.
