just to give him credit..i believe Rock_nj had IGLD as a position pick at 6 7/8 on his website 12/01/1999[from my notes].......redwood.....wish i was following him closer then

ps...just checked...12/1 was just a date that i checked the price...he did have it posted at 6 7/8 though.... my notes seem to say on 10/18/99

Rande...IGLD started running after the news came out of the deal with MSN. What happened is that as soon as people here MSN they jump in and due to the small float it ran. IGLD is one of the popular ISP in Israel, but grant you Israel is very small and companies must make it in the US market. My opinion is that if MSN chose IGLD from the others, than they saw something worth while....
