Darell go back and re-read my first statement it says "or is it potential tools customer?" In anyevent I saw the graph about BEA systems (BEAS) who is a competitor to some INPR products and that was my reasoning:

A spokeswoman for BEA Systems, which has been working on a Linux version of its e-commerce software, confirmed the investment in TurboLinux."
