Chuca, Well you really went to town, excellent work. I put that on the LGDRE thread Message 12584198 I think it is worth a shot. Some of the biggest 10+ baggers came from this kind of shell takeover. The IR people feel the transaction will complete in the next two weeks, but you know what they say about promises. At least this is the ground floor. I put it here for those people who got beat down with IPM so they have a shot at making some money back. I am not in the management or promotion and I bought some retail and will buy more soon. Bill
