Keith, et al...I hope they don't split at all..let her behave like qcom for awhile..I'll take a $1000 price target anyday..with a split will come a run up, but also a melt down afterwards...lets face it..there are no sad shareholders here, unless of course you go short or daytrade...every long is rich from this company...lets not stir the silt...no split, let her run baby

Authorization is required from shareholders to "split" and increase the number of shares, whether it be 2:1 or 10:1. Number of shares authorized is the key. Many times companies will request a higher number to allow for future splits and avoid having to go to the well to get authorization each time they split.
