Hmm-- I don't know anything about marketing. I just assumed that if Sunbeam were already on the shelves, and selling, that the buyers would just buy from HELE now. Is that not the way it works? I have to go to Walmart later, I'll look and see what kind of presence Sunbeam has.

The way I look at it is if you can buy a quiet one why would anybody buy a noisy one? And if you own patents on the technology it would seem you would own a big chunk of the market unless someone else was willing to pay up to use your design. I like the Sunbeam deal but if marketed right this blow dryer could be the bigger of the news.
