Actually after reading the s-4 this weekend, I htink the total number of shares outstanding only increased to 45mm...that puts mkt cap @ less than 3.5bb....ISLD is just plain cheap as their solutions are more complete than AKAM and they have a longer operating history...With partners such as inkt,rnwk,sunw and long term contracts with msft and AOL, I can easily see this exceeeding the Bear Stearns 200 target...coould trade as high as 350 and not be out of line with the competitions valuation.

AKAM trades at 198x 2001 revenue, while ISLD trades at 32x 2001 revenues...plus, ISLD is about to begin their roadshow with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch beginning on Monday...you can count on these guys initiating research coverage as soon as the deal is priced....
