As I write this the Dolphins season is over. Sorry RIch, but at least with Johnson you have a chance next year. Look for Marino to retire by week's end. No way is JJ gonna put him back on the field next year.

as for JJ talent, the main aspect is his ability to evaluate talent and personalities. He finds guys way down in the draft who will become Hall of Famers and he'll get them cheap, at least for the first 3 years.
