any reason why one wouldn't want to block every intruder? other than tracing them?

Maybe I have a box already checked to block everything since when I right clicked on the intruder's IP the options are to trust or ignore this attack . Someday I swear I will read the instructions to this program<GGG>
EDIT: I found it now. Thanks again. I wanted to block a pcanywhere ping that must live in my neighborhood.;)
