Good post.

I wonder if the Board of Cronies, or management, gets incentive bonuses for presiding for SUF being delisted from the index?

I mean, now that the watchful eye of those merry folks that run the TSE is somewhat diverted, perhaps some of these Australian types that some are so fond of will begin to exert an influence.

I wonder, with the dilutive financing for the Messina purchase, if the Australian "bankers" will also get a seat on the board? It would seem that they, unlike most present board members, at least would have a motivated self-interest in the performance of SUF.

PS If SUF was a football team, it would definitely be the Bills: wrong guy at QB, perennial bridesmaids, get defeated by a one-in-a-million play, etc. Now watch for the dissenters, the valuable players who just can't take it any more, to head for the exits, looking for greener pasture elsewhere.
