Highlight the text in question. To copy it, either press
Control-C or right mouse click and select copy. To paste,
either press Control-V or right mouse click and selet paste.

How to I copy and paste? I can do this when sending an
e-mail but can't do the same to a message board.

AO, adding to Nicks response. If you have a long document (2 or 3 pages for instance ) to cut/paste it may be easier to use SHIFT key to help CUT. Highlite the first letter/word of the text
only, move cursor to end of TEXT, hold down SHIFT key, left click Mouse. All text is highlited, Ctrl+C to cut, place cursor where you want text, Ctrl+V to paste. Good luck,
