It seems to be the last trade of the day in the official consolidated tape at 4:42 pm EST. It does not include the very late trading on Instinet or other ECNs. Not sure where this particular trade took place. My quote system just indicates that it was an OTC trade-not a Pacific trade.

EMC very often lately has had very bizarre small late trades set the official closing price over $1 away from the last NYSE bid-ask. Kind of screws up my on balance volume readings.
