JGoren, you are especially right about the new telecosm environment requiring relationships, JV's etc. It is interesting to see how the early leaders with cdma have involved both Asian companies and USA based companies. thanks Web.

I think you exactly right. My wife works for a corporate training company that provides leadership training for employees and management. A lot of big tech firms (Intel, MSFT, etc.) and old outfits like Whrilpool are buying their products and services. The basis of what her company does is to stress TEAM efforts and treating people with value (instead of like commodities). The problem is that the lower level employees are afraid to actually use some of the techniques because many upper management types are still locked into the competitive model. Perhaps we'll see the light some day. Rick
