OT slacker: All the information you need is probably available--for free--at the IRS site. Look for Form 1040-ES/V, "Estimated Tax for Individuals." There is a work sheet on this 4 page form of instructions. I just got my slips and enclosed instructions in the mail today. In case it helps, the number in the top, right corner is: OMB No. 1545-0087 You can give the IRA a buzz and ask them to send you the slips and information. The first payment for the '00 tax year is not due until April 15 so you can just call the IRS on Tuesday and ask them to send you the slips to send with your payment. Lynn
