Looks like your call is good based on historic price
moves. Significant drop in price. Closed on its low.
DSP made sharp drop in tandem. Although I've still
got a mouthful of feathers from having to eat crow over
the unexpected bump up in price, I'm still doing the
hardest thing of all in this game--waiting. I may get
the stock at my price yet. Another two weeks and we'll
see. Since the bids were being hit all day someone wants
out and wants out badly enough to take lower prices than
they needed to take in the previous twelve months.

Strange time to want out at new lows. The time frame
has shortened significantly. Drilling ice is forming
at a good rate. There's money in the kitty. The lawsuit,
even if WSP would simply say give us the money you owe
and we'll settle, should have no significant impact on
the company. WSP really has nothing to lose. The get
the back payment at worst. Or they get the payment plus
a penalty that would give them more cash for the coming
program. Or they don't get any cash but keep a bigger
percentage. No downside in any of those. Since they
haven't gone to court, legal costs should be relatively
small. It's when you hit the doorof the courthouse that
the lawyers get to plunder the company's bank account.

The Toronto listing is a red herring. If TO said no and
gave as a reason something unknown and unexpected, that
could have an effect. However, penny stocks going onto the TSE
do not surge in price because of the listing.

At the moment we're in a waiting game. As with all mining
companies, the likelihood of no news, boring news, bad
news, always outweighs the likelihood of good news.
That's the nature of the beast. Is the price down at this
stage because there's bad news and someone is front
running? Unlikely given the minor volume. Wish we had
24 reporting on insider's trades. Maybe someone needs
cash to pay for all those Christmas expenses. Anyone on
the board of directors getting a divorce? Is there a
financing in the offing and the company has got to get
the price down in order to get the money. Financing of
ten million shares at two dollars perhaps?

Hi Fixer, good to hear from you..... IMO the TSE thing is one of creditibility, when they get listed we will not see any big rush to buy but it is better than being on the infamous Vancouver and I am not sure about the CDNX yet, too new.....it is all a perception thing anyway. Institutions feel better about spending their bucks on the TSE and that is about the only really significant difference, I'm sure the hold up is bureaucratic paperwork. I made my Rex money as a long, flat at this posting but will get back in as low as I can, maybe 3.50 or 4$.???? I don/t follow the oil and gas guys....I am serious on the Telecom/wireless issues, good stuff there. The most fun of all though is right here on SI, SW, SH a real gas.Keep your pedal to the metal, see you at the PDAC.
