Jorj, I believe that to be nominated one only need notify David of one's wishes to be considered for GP. Therefore John needs to notify David himself. Voting is to take place after all those who wish to be considered are established as such. It's all in your syllabus.<g>

JXM, Kirk, John et al.,

Newly revised partnership agreements just went out to everyone's email. Chip pointed out to me that I neglected to include the "draw down" limitation in the one sent out on Friday.... So I fixed that problem, and every other problem that the last day and a half has allowed me to think of. What we have now is a much more organized and concise agreement that provides greater organization and understanding of our partnership. And, now it's actually worthwhile to be an elected general partner. Don't everybody throw their hat into the ring at once! <g>

Regards,

David

P.S. Kirk is right... One only needs to nominate themself to be in the running for the vote for 2 elected general partners
