"It should be noted that for issuers who file a Form 10 or Form 10SB with the SEC to register under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act,\13\ all SEC comments, if any, must be cleared with the SEC before securities can be quoted on the OTCBB." nysl.nysed.gov; Have they changed this rule? If you can find the section in which it states "after two months we'll approve anything", please, by all means, post it.
