So, RAMBUS is basically offering about an additional $0.50 a piece to Hyundai to get the 10Million DRD DRAMS!

Goutama, I have never heard of offering your stock in order to induce someone to use your technology. Does this happen frequently in the semi business?

Re: Rambus offers Hyundai additional warrants ...

Hi Goutama,

Interesting link - Rambus is still in there pitching, but if they have to keep issuing warrants to get anyone to produce RDRAM, their stock is going to get watered down quite a bit.

With 8 or 16 rambus chips to a RIMM, Rambus will be giving away a share of stock for every 10 to 20 PC's shipped with rambus. What are the royalties on 20 RIMMs?

Regards,

Dan
