Mark,sorry, I could give a rats behind whether or not you think I'm pissing on your parade...If one is going to spam,,they should spam the whole sordid story, which certainly surrounds this company and it's greedy management.No one has yet to address where operational funds are/will come from.This company seems to take one step forward,,then blows it's own foot off with a 12 guage shotgun,management gets richer,shareholders get poorer,then the company reverse splits and reorganizes--this is the history management has written for itself, through their past business ventures managing publicly held corporations...DD PS: speaking of the CEO's outrageous salary,,was looking at EXDS's ceo's salarly...Ellen Hancock makes $156,000 per year,,,14 quareters of 40% growth Q over Q(market cap in excess of $15BB),,,now what has TSIG's ceo done for his $360,000?<lol>
