<<OT? Dougggie, do U s'pose...foisted off on one "spin-offs">>

In some cases size does matter, as here it could help for a continuation.
But any popping of a bubble will spoil the party.
One into three for a smaller base, mentioned below,
along with continued government policy for its legit'ness,
so "if it ain;t broke, and works to "someones" advantage,
and these someones are running the company(s),....

<<... U s'pose old MSofty will now have 3x the headaches
as it splits apart & takes all its accounting shennigans
into its 3 or more separate spin-off parts? Or do you think
the smoke and mirrors accounting tricks will be foisted off

of its many pyramid building techniques, what could be called a cash
generating component...
... pyramid scheme is to leverage share growth from investors
using a passive investment approach based upon indexing to
the S&P 500.....
... top level is Bill Gates and the bottom level are 401K, 403B
and public pension retirement plan participants.ÿ Microsoft mployees
and various other levels reside in between.....
...Financial pyramids are very hard to sustain once the
base becomes too wide.

...As companies exceed $10 billion in market capitalization,
they should realize the importance of shifting more to cash wages
in order to protect the integrity of the financial structure...
